These terms of use govern your use and access to our Services, including our Platforms(s), our website (which contains or is part of https://www.myfusionpay.com/), our application(s), our application programming interfaces (APIs), our notifications and any information or our content appearing therein (collective, our "Platforms").

These terms of use sets out the Terms and Conditions that apply when you use our Platforms, upload content to our Platforms, make contact with other users on our Platforms, link to our Platforms, or interact with our Platforms in any other way.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.myfusionpay.com/privacy-policy to understand how we collect your personal data and what we do with it as well as the rights that you have on your information.
3. Who we are and how to contact us

Our Platforms is operated by MY FUSION INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. (UEN No. 202520269G) of 2 HAVELOCK RD #07-22 SINGAPORE 059763 ("We" or "Us" or "Our" or "Fusionpay") for the purposes of providing the Services.

Fusionpay is solely a software interface designed to simplify Web3 experiences by connecting digital wallets with the broader global ecosystem. Fusionpay does not process, handle, or control any transactions or digital assets. While it provides a technological interface for accessing Web3 services through a non-custodial approach, Fusionpay makes no guarantees regarding the success, security, or reliability of any transactions. Users maintain complete control over their assets and bear full responsibility for all risks associated with using blockchain technology, digital assets, and any third-party services accessed through our interface.

Fusionpay is explicitly NOT a payment service provider and is not regulated under the Payment Services Act 2019 (Act 2 of 2019) or by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Fusionpay is exclusively a software company providing a technology interface that connects users' digital wallets with the wider Web3 ecosystem. Fusionpay does not and will not: (i) store, hold, or custody any user funds; (ii) issue or create tokens; (iii) provide financial advice or recommendations; (iv) process or execute payments; (v) operate as a cryptocurrency exchange; or (vi) directly offer any financial or payment services. Users explicitly acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for all transactions, decisions, and activities conducted through their digital wallets, and that Fusionpay's role is strictly limited to providing software interface services.
